POSTAGE COSTS

Normal postage options

Standard shipping $12.00  Delivery between 5-10 business days

Express shipping $18.00  Delivery between 2-4 business days

Unfortunately, we do not post internationally.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We use Australia Post services for deliveries Australia wide. Orders will be picked up from our site Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with delivery generally several days later pending your location.

PICKING UP IN-STORE

If you decide to pick up please note:

• Wait until you have received the pick-up confirmation email.
• Show your confirmation email at the Retail Shop at the front on the Zoo.
• Pickup is only between 9am and 5pm, strictly no admittance before or after hours.
• No admittance into the zoo without a ticket.
• The whole order must either be picked up or shipped, no orders will be split.
• Pick up address is: 700 Great Western Highway, Bungarribee, NSW, 2767.
